What’s up fellow foodies! I accepted a challenge to make a healthy meal for under $20 and you know what? I did just that. The grand total came to $18.67. I got $1.33 back in cha change! 💵 Boo-yah! Seeing how I’m a lover of seafood, I wanted to try something different. I went the Caribbean route with my meal. Check it out.
What you are looking at is Caribbean style shrimp with Caribbean style rice (by Zatarains) and fresh garlic butter asparagus with lemon. It was soooooooo delicious.
